McCarthy’s understands the importance of giving back to the community!

Annually, McCarthy’s donates in excess of $1,000,000.00 to schools and charities.

Our donations include financial support of school programs and activities, scholarships, uniform purchase assistance for needy families, and the donation of uniforms to children in third world nations.

McCarthy’s donated over $500,000 of Uniforms to the victims of Hurricane Katrina. These uniforms were shipped to New Orleans with the help of Brampton’s Forbes-Hewlett TransportTrucking and the Toronto Crime Stoppers.

In response to the Louise Russo shooting in Toronto, ON. McCarthy’s seized the opportunity to not only help a family in need but a family that had been a McCarthy customer for many years.

Through our Russo Donation campaign, R.J.McCarthy matched customer contributions for a total of $10,000. This donation was presented to the Russo family in 2005.

Annually McCarthy’s makes a contribution of uniform products to the needy of Guatemala and Haiti through the Friends of the Orphans campaign. In the past few years, R.J.McCarthy Ltd. has donated over $1,000,000 worth of clothing!
