McCarthy's is particularly sensitive to those who may require special or custom uniform items due to: Size, Maternity, Physical challenges. There are NO extra fees or service charges for these custom orders, and they are handled confidentially and professionally. Please visit your local McCarthy Showroom for more details.


The McCarthy Guarantee ensures that we will stand behind the quality of all our products. We offer a one-year guarantee on manufacturer’s defects. If a customer feels the item has not met their expectations, we want to know about it. Customers can either visit any of our Local Showrooms or, place a call to our Customer Service Centre and they will discuss the details of the return options.


All clothing options are machine washable. In order to help maximize the life of the product, washing instructions are outlined on the labels of all of our garments, and are displayed beside each item when ordering Online.


Items in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days with original receipt. Some exceptions may apply.

Sorry, but custom-made, clearance/final sale items, and hosiery cannot be returned. Items can be returned/exchanged at any one of our Showrooms. In order to return/exchange your item via mail, please call our Call Centre.
